When will my order ship?

All Turtle Mountain Flax products typically ship within 2-3 business days. Our goal is always to ship as quickly as possible, but delays can occur, especially due to weather in our harsh North Dakota winters. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to reach out! You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

What are my shipping options?

All 25 & 50 pound bags ship via UPS Ground. Sample size bags typically ship via USPS. If you are not in the lower 48, putting in your shipping address will calculate the cost of shipping for you. Please ensure you provide a correct shipping address at the time of ordering - we cannot ship our large bags to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order after it ships?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number for easy tracking. You can also login to your account at any time to find that tracking information should the email get deleted.

Return policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of when it was received for a refund or exchange as long as the product is undamaged, new, and unopened. Opened packages are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees of returned items. We do not accept COD.  When returning items, we recommend using a service that provides insurance and tracking of your package. It’s the buyers responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. All our shipments are packaged in new boxes meeting our shippers standards - any damaged merchandise during shipment must be immediately reported so Turtle Mountain Flax can file / help you file a claim with the shipper.
