SHIPPING & DELIVERY: All shipments within the lower 48 states are shipped via UPS ground services unless an alternate method has been arranged or special shipping details have been specified in the product details. To order via expedited shipping or for shipments to areas outside the lower 48 states, please contact our office for ordering instructions and pricing. All bags are packaged in their own individual box with the exception of special “trial size” bags.

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or on federal holidays. Orders placed after 5 p.m. CT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Turtle Mountain Flax is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or the weather. Please check your account for tracking information.

ORDERING: To place an order with us, you can order via our secure online system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also place an order by phone Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST) by calling our office at 855-939-3529. If it is after normal business hours, you can leave a message and we will return your call the next business day. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the processing of your order.

PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards as acceptable forms of payment. You may also request an invoice via Paypal. Turtle Mountain Flax reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

RETURNS: It is our goal to ensure you have a good experience on our site and using our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of when it was received for a refund or exchange as long as the product is undamaged, new, and unopened. Opened packages are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees of returned items. We do not accept COD.  Refunds exclude any special handling or shipping fees associated with the original order. All returns/exchanges are subject to our 20% restocking fee and need to be approved by our office prior to acceptance. When returning items, we recommend using a service that provides insurance and tracking of your package. It’s the buyers responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If your merchandise was damaged during shipment, please accept our sincere apologies. If possible, do not accept damaged merchandise from the carrier at time of delivery. If your shipment has been damaged and delivery has been made, please contact our office ASAP. All damaged goods claims need to be reported to our office within 24 hours of delivery. Be prepared to provide details and pictures of damaged packages when calling our office to report your claim. In addition to filing a claim with our office, you MUST also report the damage immediately to the carrier. You MUST hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier, otherwise your claim may not be honored.

ACCOUNTS: Customers that would like to do so are able to create an online store account by clicking ‘Login’ followed by ‘Create Account’ at the top of the webpage. Creating an online account allows customers to save time when checking out by storing multiple shipping/billing addresses, as well as the ability to view past orders, track shipments, and more.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except as specifically stated on this website, neither Turtle Mountain Flax nor any of its directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of this site or any of the products. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims or third parties through the use of this site or any of the products.

OTHER: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota without regard to choice of law rules. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
